DO I NEED TO BE PART OF A COMMUNITY OR ORGANIZATION?
No. While most of our members do sign up through their residential community, organization or association so they can keep track of all events, we we also have members and their families who sign up directly and are eligible to receive many of the same benefits.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A SMARTPHONE?
You need to have a smartphone or Tablet/iPad - either Apple or Android. If you don't have a compatible device, please contact us - we may be able to assist you in obtaining one through several programs offered through health insurance plans.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
One of the best parts of LifeShepherd application is that it is completely FREE to members for basic services and participation in the rewards program.
HOW DO I GET HELP USING THE APPLICATION?
Just send us a chat message through the app on your phone or through the website and we can walk you through anything you need -- including connecting with your friends and family, joining the rewards program and understanding your insurance benefits.
